September 2008 - Uesugi Kenshin Icontest!
As the Kenshin Festival was held recently, we feel that it’s a good time to do Uesugi Kenshin icons as September's theme. :D More pictures for us to draw on!

Specifications
• Icon Size: 100x100pixels
• Resolution: 72dpi
• GIFs and JPEGs are allowed~

Note: We are holding two contests concurrently, so be sure not to get them mixed up! The Icontest will end at the end of the month, whereas the Autumn Contest will go on till the end of October. ^^ We hope you'll participate in them and we look forward to viewing your submissions! Good luck~

1. 5 points will be awarded as participation point for every icon submitted. (For more details on our points system PAS, please view here)
2. Maximum number of icons each person can submit: 5 (You are welcome to submit more than 5 icons but please note that no extra points will be awarded.)
3. Once we have received all entries, all staff members of EnY will choose their favourite icon, and those whose works have been chosen will be awarded an extra 5 points.
4. Each icon submission will be counted as one individual entry, so if a person submits 5 icons, they will have more chances to earn an extra 5 points.
5. If you are planning on submitting more than 5 icons, please indicate which five you would like to submit as contest entries and please make sure that they're of VARIED designs. Don't just change the colour/font/photo and call it a day. :P
6. Cropping any photo of Gackt-Kenshin into a square and pasting I LOVE KENSHIN SAMA on it does not constitute a proper design. -___-"

• All submissions must be sent in before 28 Sept (Sunday) midnight, Japan time, to be eligible for the points.
• All submissions are to be posted on LJ, which will be screened. Those without LJ accounts can send their entries to Japonais@eiennoyume.com
